CAQH stands for “Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare”. It is essentially an online database that stores provider information. Providers grant access to their information to insurance companies. I also have a NPI#. A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is a unique 10-digit identification number issued to health care providers in the United States by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). I’ll give you a paid invoice and an approved universal reimbursement claim form. This is simple! You will submit it by emailing or mailing the 2 documents, that I will provide for you, to your insurance company. Your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check directly. If you have troubles, I will help you with the reimbursement process. You pay for insurance for a reason and you should be able to use it when you need it!
